Job Description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - School-Based | Bristol, VT | $57-$62/hr ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based position in Bristol, Vermont. This opportunity focuses on supporting Pre-K and Early Education students, helping young learners build the communication skills needed for long-term academic and social success.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services to preschool and early childhood students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and IEP-related records Participate in meetings and contribute to educational planning for students receiving services
Qualifications:
Active Vermont SLP license Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA CCCs preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply Previous pediatric, preschool, or school-based experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills
Compensation & Benefits:
