Qualifications & Desired Skills:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current SLP licensure (or eligibility) for the state of Vermont Strong clinical knowledge and hands-on experience with pediatric and school-based populations Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and conduct assessments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families Flexibility and enthusiasm for working with diverse student needs Open to travel and adapting to new environments

Primary Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for a primarily pediatric caseload Develop and implement intervention strategies in an educational setting Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and interdisciplinary collaboration with school staff Provide consultation and training to teachers, support staff, and parents as needed Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
