Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding part-time opportunity delivering Speech-Language Pathology services in a vibrant school setting near the White River Junction area. This contract position welcomes professionals seeking approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work with elementary or high school students, depending on your expertise and interests. Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates also considered Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Comfortable developing and implementing IEPs, as well as engaging in both direct and consultative therapy models
Responsibilities Include:
Providing thorough speech and language assessments Developing individual goals and treatment plans for students Delivering targeted therapy sessions and documenting progress Consulting with teachers and support staff to integrate communication strategies in the classroom Participating in IEP meetings and maintaining compliance documentation Providing support and education to families regarding speech and language development
