Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Shape young minds and support student success in a dynamic contract position for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year. Work full time supporting pediatric populations in an educational setting, using your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Whether you're a seasoned CCC-SLP, have experience in healthcare or teletherapy, or are a Clinical Fellow (CFY) ready to launch your career, you'll find meaningful work and professional growth opportunities here.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or eligible Vermont SLP license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) year Background in pediatric SLP practice preferred, including school-based or teletherapy experience Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-12 students Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaboratively set student goals Conduct screenings, assessments, and diagnoses of speech, language, and communication disorders Participate in multidisciplinary meetings with educators, parents, and support staff Document student progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines Support inclusive classroom practices through staff consultation and training This contract opportunity, located near Rutland, VT, runs the entirety of the 2026/2027 school year, with full-time hours and a competitive pay range of $45-55 per hour.
