Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students' success as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) on a contract basis near scenic Woodstock, VT. Make a direct impact in the educational setting, helping students reach their communication potential while working closely with a collaborative team of educators and specialists.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of students' speech, language, and communication abilities Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals Provide direct therapy and intervention services to students with varying needs Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and track student outcomes following school and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and staff initiatives Take advantage of a contract assignment that allows you to make a difference where your expertise is valued.
