This full-time, in-person role is dedicated to supporting student growth throughout the entire school year. You'll be working in a collaborative educational setting, using your skills to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in a diverse school-aged population.

Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP state license or eligibility for licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) School-based experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech, language, and communication challenges Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other educational professionals Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress Conduct assessments, interpret results, and communicate findings to parents, teachers, and administrators Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support plans Offer consultation and training to school staff on speech and language development strategies Engage and motivate students for maximum progress In this position, you will have the chance to impact students' success and well-being in a supportive environment designed for professional growth.
