Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active (or eligibility for) Washington state licensure

Preferred:

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is a plus Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Deliver targeted therapy sessions Monitor and thoroughly document student progress Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals Empower and educate families about the therapy process
