This full-time opportunity, located near Everett and Bellevue, WA, seeks a dedicated professional ready to work collaboratively in a dynamic educational environment. You will join a supportive team of professionals, utilizing your specialized skills to help students overcome communication challenges and achieve their academic goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Washington SLP license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress Experience working in a school setting or with school-aged children preferred Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to students according to IEP goals and district guidelines Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to determine eligibility and needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and maintain timely documentation Collaborate with teachers, other support staff, and families to promote student success Participate in IEP meetings and serve as a resource for speech and language concerns Adjust therapy strategies as needed based on student progress and feedback
