Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Eligibility for Washington State licensure and current clinical fellowship status (CFY required) Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with students, staff, and families Eagerness to develop expertise in school-based speech therapy

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services to students with a variety of communication needs Conduct screenings, assessments, and help design individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided Partner with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision, fostering your growth as an
