Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Travel School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Coastal Assignment Specialist (2026/2027 School Year) A school district in the Gig Harbor, WA area is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position for the 2026-2027 school year. This onsite travel opportunity is ideal for clinicians looking to explore a new location while making a meaningful impact in a school-based setting. Responsibilities:
Provide evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis of speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Deliver direct therapy services to students in a school-based setting Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning
Experience:
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Travel experience is a plus, but not required CFY candidates encouraged to apply
Education:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active Washington State Speech Language Pathologist License required ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification required

37.5 hours per week (school schedule)
