This travel opportunity places you in a modern, 60-bed acute inpatient rehabilitation setting, supporting adults and older adults on their journey to recovery from severe injuries or illnesses. You'll collaborate with forward-thinking multidisciplinary teams, gaining valuable exposure to diverse therapeutic approaches and leadership styles. This is an exceptional chance to expand your clinical expertise and resume, while diving into the natural beauty and relaxed ambiance of the Pacific Northwest.
Schedule/Hours:
Monday through Friday (approx. 7:00 am - 3:30 pm or 8:00 am - 4:30 pm) 1 weekend day per month with a compensatory day off during the week Weekly guaranteed hours: 36Qualifications:
Current and active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license is required Minimum of recent inpatient rehabilitation experience essential Background with CVA/neuro patient populations highly preferred Ability to provide 6.5 treatment sessions in an 8-hour day Commitment to collaborative care and adaptability in a dynamic rehab environmentResponsibilities:
Evaluate and treat adults and older adults recovering from complex medical events Create individualized treatment plans, implement interventions, and monitor outcomes Document assessments and progress notes in EHR systems Partner with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team for optimal patient outcomes Attend team meetings and contribute to patient/family educationBenefits & Travel Perks:
