Schedule/Hours:

Monday through Friday (approx. 7:00 am - 3:30 pm or 8:00 am - 4:30 pm) 1 weekend day per month with a compensatory day off during the week Weekly guaranteed hours: 36

Qualifications:

Current and active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license is required Minimum of recent inpatient rehabilitation experience essential Background with CVA/neuro patient populations highly preferred Ability to provide 6.5 treatment sessions in an 8-hour day Commitment to collaborative care and adaptability in a dynamic rehab environment

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat adults and older adults recovering from complex medical events Create individualized treatment plans, implement interventions, and monitor outcomes Document assessments and progress notes in EHR systems Partner with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team for optimal patient outcomes Attend team meetings and contribute to patient/family education
