You'll manage a caseload of roughly 50 elementary students, including those in the RISE program (moderate disabilities), providing interventions that foster communication and learning. Qualifications:

Active WA Speech-Language Pathology License Valid Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification SLP-CCC credentials (preferred) Experience working in schools, especially with elementary students Comfort with resource and moderate-disabilities (RISE) program caseloads Flexibility to work in virtual and onsite settings

Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language therapy for approximately 50 elementary students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with general and special education staff Maintain accurate documentation of student progress Participate in multidisciplinary meetings for program planning
