Required Qualifications:
Current Washington-issued SLP License and ESA certification Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) Previous experience in a school, resource, or program for moderate disabilities preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to elementary-aged students Manage a full-time caseload of approximately 50 students, including both resource support and the RISE program for moderate disabilities Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to create individualized education plans Complete all necessary documentation and compliance requirements Deliver services either onsite or virtually, based on student needs
