School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) Valid state licensure for speech-language pathology Experience working with early childhood or PreK-Kindergarten populations Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy to PreK and Kindergarten students Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals Develop and monitor IEPs, maintaining accurate and timely records Participate in team meetings, contribute to professional learning, and communicate progress Employ evidence-based strategies to maximize student potential and classroom participation
