Select Savvy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an in-person, school-based float position in Lakewood, Washington. This role offers the opportunity to support students with communication needs across multiple school settings while working collaboratively with educational teams and families. What We Offer Free CEUs to keep your skills current Weekly pay for consistency and convenience Professional development stipend Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance Wellness program to support your personal well-being Requirements Active Washington State SLP license (required) ESA certification preferred, if applicable CCC-SLP preferred CF candidates welcome, if applicable Ability to travel between assigned school locations Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Key Responsibilities Evaluate students' speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support student success Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Adapt services to meet the needs of diverse student populations and school environments Ensure compliance with state and federal educational regulations
