Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract position supporting students across multiple levels for the 2026-2027 school year in a vibrant educational setting near Lynnwood, WA. Full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) are needed to deliver impactful therapy services and foster communication skills for students at both elementary and secondary sites. As a vital contributor to student success, you will provide in-person support with a manageable caseload—45 students at the secondary level and 42 students at the elementary level. You'll work collaboratively with educators and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), assess and track student progress, and provide essential speech and language interventions.
Desired Credentials & Skills:
Active Washington State SLP License Valid Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Experience in school settings strongly preferred Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and provide individualized speech-language therapy for students Develop and maintain IEP documentation, progress records, and reports Collaborate with classroom staff, special educators, and families to support student goals Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school-based initiatives Travel between designated schools as needed for assigned caseload This is a full-time, contract opportunity running from August 31, 2026, through June 17, 2027.
