Poulsbo, WA is in search of SLPs to join their team for next school year, full time. Poulsbo is a Scandinavian waterfront town on the Kitsap Peninsula known for Viking heritage, waterfront bakeries, and genuine small town charm.
Key Details:
  • School dates are 8/31/26-6/17/27, full time, 37.5 hours per week
  • Lucrative pay package is offered based on experience, benefits available along with travel stipends
  • Caseloads will be based on your skill set and preferences along with needs at time of interview
  • Typcial primary caseload is 42 students, secondary caseload is 45
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech and Language Communication Disorders or equivalent
  • WA License of elgible
  • ESA certificate or eligible

Travel Farther Together Referral Program:
Payout is tiered. The $1,200 per clinician reward applies only after you've referred 10 or more clinicians who successfully contract with Ardor.
Payouts are split:
50% when the referred clinician starts, and 50% when they reach the midpoint of their assignment.
License, Certification & CE Assistance:
Reimbursements and assistance are offered on a case-by-case basis. Approval must be documented by your recruiting team and is not guaranteed for every clinician or assignment. 820443
