Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into an impactful role supporting students' communication success within a dynamic school community during the 2026-2027 school year! Multiple Speech-Language Pathologists are needed to provide essential services in a supportive environment located near Seattle, WA. This is a full-time contract position spanning August 31, 2026, through June 17, 2027, and offers the chance to work in-person across both elementary and secondary school levels. You'll play a vital role in helping students overcome speech, language, and communication challenges—empowering them to achieve their full potential. Enjoy manageable caseloads of 42 at the elementary level and 45 at the secondary level, ensuring you have the opportunity to deliver personalized and effective therapy.
Qualifications:
Current Washington State Speech-Language Pathology License Active Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required Prior experience or strong interest in school-based SLP settings Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Dedication to fostering inclusive and communicative learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students (elementary and secondary) Develop, implement, and track progress on individualized education programs (IEPs) Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes Conduct assessments, evaluations, and maintain accurate documentation Deliver both group and individual therapy aligned with student needs and
