Our Company Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation Overview Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)•PRN (W2) Rehab Without Walls | Home & Community ProgramSeattle, WA Rehab Without Walls is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Home & Community Program in Seattle. This W2 PRN role (not 1099) offers flexibility, stability, and the opportunity to deliver meaningful, realworld therapy by bringing outpatientlevel care directly to clients. Our model supports clients in regaining independence where it matters most at home and in the community.
What You'll Do:
Provide functional speech, language, cognitive, and communication therapy in reallife settings Support clients as they transition back to driving, back to work, and increased community participation Work oneonone with clients in environments that promote stronger carryover and outcomes Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including

Responsibilities What you will do:
Responsibilities listed include but not limited to: Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans of patients with speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources Communicate patient's needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services and family members Communicates with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes Qualifications What you will need: Minimum of a Master's Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice Current CPR Certification A minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury preferred Communicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interactions Ability to lift 50 pounds Moving, lifting, or transferring of patients which may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds following safety procedures Duties require fine motor skills,visual acuity, and walking/ standing for extended periods Additional physical requirements include:pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently at times A health screen or examination may be required prior to assignment and periodically thereafter, depending on specific location policy, local and state regulations to verify employee is physically capable of performing assigned duties with or without reasonable accommodations Minimum of a Master's Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice Current CPR Certification A minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury preferred Communicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interactions Ability to lift 50 pounds Moving, lifting, or transferring of patients which may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds following safety procedures Duties require fine motor skills,visual acuity, and walking/ standing for extended periods Additional physical requirements include:pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently at times A health screen or examination may be required prior to assignment and periodically thereafter, depending on specific location policy, local and state regulations to verify employee is physically capable of performing assigned duties with or without reasonable accommodations About our Line of Business Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care.
