School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full Time | Spanaway, WA | 2026-2027 School Year Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the rest of the 2026-2027 school year in Spanaway , Washington. We're a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first. August 2026 for the entire school year In-person or hybrid

Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting Conduct evaluations and write reports Develop and implement IEP goals Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families Complete documentation and progress monitoring in a timely manner Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Valid Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain quickly) Washington ESA Certification required (or willingness to acquire) CFs welcome to apply
