Preschool Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based speech and language services to preschool-aged students. The SLP will support students with a variety of communication needs and work collaboratively with teachers, families, and school staff to promote their academic, social, and developmental success.
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals. Provide direct speech and language therapy based on student needs. Address articulation, language development, fluency, and social communication needs. Collaborate with teachers, families, school personnel, and other professionals. Participate in IEP meetings and provide clinical recommendations. Maintain accurate documentation and student progress records. Create engaging, age-appropriate therapeutic activities. Monitor student progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
Qualifications:
Active Washington State SLP License required. Washington ESA Certification required. Experience or interest in working with preschool-aged children . Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply. Strong communication, professionalism, patience, and a commitment to supporting young learners.
