Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Valid state license to practice as an SLP Recent experience providing speech-language pathology services, preferably in a school environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to independently manage caseload and documentation Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance standards
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess and identify students' speech and language needs Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals tailored to student abilities Provide direct speech and language intervention in accordance with students' IEPs Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Accurately maintain records and document services in a timely fashion Monitor outcomes and adjust strategies to maximize student growth Perks of the
