9/1/2026 About the Role We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team in Sumner. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students develop communication skills that support academic success, social development, and independence. Responsibilities Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and administrators Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Support AAC implementation and other communication strategies when appropriate Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Washington State SLP license and ESA certification (or ability to obtain) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred School-based experience preferred but not required Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision benefits Supportive multidisciplinary team environment Professional development opportunities Mentorship and collaboration support for Clinical Fellows Compensation for this position ranges from $44.87 to $64.87.
