Key Skills & Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in Washington State. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required. Must obtain or currently hold a Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate. Completed fingerprinting through OSPI (or willingness to complete prior to start). Experience or comfort working with K-12 students in a school setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Deliver direct therapy services onsite, targeting articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication as needed. Provide regular progress updates to parents, teachers, and school staff. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support plans. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to district, state, and federal guidelines.
