Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make an impact in the lives of students as a Speech-Language Pathologist, working in a dynamic school environment on a contract basis. This full-time role covers the 26/27 school year and offers the chance to support students across two districts, sharing your expertise in communication disorders and interventions. You'll collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide vital speech and language services.
Qualifications:
Wisconsin SLP license required Wisconsin DPI certification mandatory Previous experience in educational settings preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and work across multiple sites
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech and language therapy to assigned students in accordance with IEP goals Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop progress reports Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to development of educational plans Manage caseload efficiently between two districts Maintain timely and accurate documentation and compliance standards Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment This contract position is built around a 35-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, ideal for professionals who thrive on variety and making a difference in multiple school communities.
