Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An exciting opportunity is available for certified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) for the 2026/2027 school year in Ashland, WI. We are seeking motivated professionals to fill key roles in a school setting, providing essential speech and language support to students at both elementary and secondary levels.
Positions available:
Full-Time SLP at the elementary school level Part-Time SLP at the secondary school level
Qualifications:
Must hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology certification (CCC, CFY, or School-based SLP credentials) Experience working with children in educational settings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to create individualized therapy plans
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, and communication disorders Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support students' academic and social success Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state regulations Provide parent education and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
