Job Description

Western Wisconsin Health is looking for a full-time Speech Therapist (1.0 FTE) that can provide skilled therapy care primarily in the outpatient pediatric setting- hospital, institution, and community. This role focuses on helping children develop or improve functional skills needed for daily living, play, learning, and social participation. The position may occasionally support adult inpatient services as needed along with performing the following duties. $6000
Signing Bonus:
$3000 paid on your first paycheck $3000 paid after 6 months of employment
QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications :
Graduate of an accredited Speech/Language pathology program Current license through the State of Wisconsin in Speech-Language Pathology or willing to become licensed upon hire Certification of clinical competence Current CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong interest in outpatient pediatrics Experience working with children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, or behavioral challenges
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Maintain the integrity of highly confidential business and patient information Display and promote high standards of ethical conduct and behaviors consistent with organizational standards Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and electronic medical records Ability to anticipate, understand, and manage patient expectations and provide consistent delivery of services Clearly and effectively convey information to patients Ability to manage conflicting priorities and handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently
Work Schedule:
4 10-hours shifts per week, 7am-5:30pm 1 on call shift every 3rd Sunday
