Bayshore Nursing & Rehab Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary team at Bayshore Nursing & Rehab in Glendale, Wisconsin. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech-language pathology services to our patients, including evaluation, assessment, and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' communication and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote optimal communication and swallowing skills Provide speech-language therapy services to patients, including individual and group sessions, in a variety of settings Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective care coordination Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements Stay current with industry developments and best practices in speech-language pathology Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient care About the
