Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Desired Skills and Experience:
Possession of an active Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist license Clinical Competence Certificate (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered Experience delivering pediatric speech therapy in a school-based or healthcare environment Proficiency in both in-person and teletherapy service models Ability to design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), document progress, and collaborate with educational stakeholders Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide assessments, diagnosis, and direct intervention for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions to support students' academic and functional communication goals Develop treatment plans and implement evidence-based therapy techniques Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success Maintain accurate records and regularly report on students' progress Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to school-based interventions
