Full School Year Pay:
Starting at $60/hour+ (based on experience) +

4 Position Overview We are now hiring 4 Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year in the La Crosse School District. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative, and student-centered environment focused on helping students reach their full potential. As a school-based SLP, you will be responsible for conducting evaluations, delivering therapy services, and supporting students' communication development in alignment with individualized education plans (IEPs). Key Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations for students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEPs Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services Document services and maintain accurate, compliant records Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff Ensure services align with physician orders and school/district guidelines Qualifications Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Wisconsin (required) CCC-SLP certification preferred (may be required per assignment) Knowledge of and adherence to professional standards of practice Current CPR certification (if applicable) TB screening and health clearance as required Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay starting at $60/hour+ Full benefits package, including: Medical, Dental, Vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Weekly pay Consistent, full school-year schedule Why Apply?
