Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Bring your expertise in speech and language therapy to a dynamic school setting near Veteran, WY on a rewarding contract assignment! This opportunity is ideal for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), including those with CCC or CFY status, who are passionate about making a lasting impact in the lives of students with communication disorders.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but not required Experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
Administer comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders in students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs Conduct engaging therapy sessions focused on achieving targeted speech and language goals Diligently track, monitor, and document student progress throughout the intervention process Collaborate with fellow educators, therapists, and support staff to ensure coordinated, holistic care Involve families in the therapeutic journey by providing resources and education This position offers a competitive compensation package, access to professional support networks including experienced SLP advisors within your state, and opportunities for ongoing growth and development.
