Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract position supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school-based setting near Yoder, WY. This role offers the chance to make a measurable difference in the lives of school-aged children, working alongside a dedicated, multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active or eligible state licensure as approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal strengths Ability to function independently as well as part of a collaborative team
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with varying speech and language challenges Develop and implement tailored treatment plans focused on individual student goals Provide engaging therapy sessions and adjust techniques as needed for optimal outcomes Monitor progress diligently, maintaining thorough & up-to-date documentation Coordinate with educators, specialists, and school staff to ensure holistic, student-centered care Support families by providing education and resources to facilitate involvement in the therapy process Working in this role offers opportunities for hands-on experience with a supportive advisory team, including experienced SLPs local to your state, who are ready to assist with resources and mentorship as needed.
