Qualifications & Experience Valid Arizona SLPA license required Current IVP Fingerprint Card (must be presented at application) Experience working with school-aged children, preferably PreK8th grade Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to student support Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and engage effectively with students, staff, and families Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following all ethical standards Role Responsibilities Work under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist to implement individualized education plans Deliver direct therapy services to students in grades PreK8th Prepare and adapt materials for therapy sessions based on student needs Collect and maintain accurate data and documentation on student progress Support the SLP with assessments and parent communication as needed Foster an encouraging, inclusive environment where students feel supported in their communication development This position involves a consistent full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, ensuring meaningful engagement with students and colleagues.
