Job Description

Are you a pediatric SLPA who absolutely loves working with kiddos but is feeling a bit burnt out by the typical clinic grind or massive school caseloads? Do you wish you could find a therapy family that actually protects your time, supports your growth, and understands that you have a life outside of work? If so, we would love to meet you! At Tiny Tots Therapy , we provide high-quality, play-based pediatric therapy directly in the natural environments where kids learn best—their homes and communities. We are expanding our services in the West Valley (Avondale, Buckeye, Goodyear, Surprise, Phoenix and Glendale areas) and are looking for a passionate, down-to-earth SLPA to join our growing team. Why You'll Love Being Part of the
Tiny Tots Family:
We know there are a lot of therapy companies out there, so we work hard to be the kind of place where therapists actually want to stay. Here is what we bring to the table: We Pay for
Late Cancels & No-Shows:
You read that right! We know how frustrating it is to drive to a session only to have a family cancel at the last minute. We value your time and financial stability, so if a family cancels late or no-shows, you still get paid for that session.
Real, Supportive Mentorship:
You will never be left on an island here. We offer fantastic, collaborative mentorship with experienced SLPs who genuinely love to teach, answer questions, and help you sharpen your clinical skills.
Competitive Pay & Bonuses:
We offer highly competitive per-visit rates because your expertise is valuable. Plus, we love to celebrate hard work with exciting bonus opportunities!
Ultimate Schedule Flexibility:
Want to work full-time? Part-time? Only in the afternoons? You retain total control over your calendar. You set your availability, and we match you with sweet kiddos along a consolidated driving route that makes sense for you. Continuing Education (CEU)
Contributions:
We want you to keep learning and growing! We provide financial contributions toward your continuing education courses so you can dive into the specialties you are passionate about. What the
Job Looks Like:
Providing fun, engaging, and functional speech and language therapy to a diverse pediatric caseload (toddlers to school-aged kiddos). Collaborating closely with families and your supervising SLP to track progress and celebrate those big, exciting milestones. Keeping daily documentation updated (don't worry, our system is super user-friendly and streamlined!). Traveling to families' homes in the West Valley area.
What We're Looking For:
A licensed SLPA in the state of Arizona (or eligible to obtain licensure). A valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card. A reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance (since you'll be out helping families in the community!). Someone who is warm, adaptable, and genuinely loves connecting with kids and their parents. Whether you are a seasoned SLPA looking for a fresh start or a newer graduate eager for a supportive environment to kickstart your career, we would love to chat. Ready to apply?
