We currently provide:

Speech-Language Pathology Occupational Therapy Feeding Therapy Physical Therapy Positive Behavior Support We also provide services in homes, schools, clinics, and other community settings. We intentionally maintain a small, supportive team environment because we believe that staying connected allows us to provide better support to both our clinicians and the clients we serve. Our team includes administration, an office manager, scheduling support, OTs/COTAs, SLPs/SLPAs, psychologists, and a Positive Behavior Support Specialist. Our team works with children and adults with Autism, developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, behavior disorders, and a variety of communication and developmental needs. As an SLPA, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with SLPs, OTs, behavioral professionals, psychologists, families, teachers, and other members of the care team. Your Role as an SLPA As a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant, you will work under the direction and supervision of an SLP to provide quality speech and language services. You will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills while helping clients improve their communication and participate more independently in their everyday lives. Responsibilities Assist the supervising SLP with screenings, assessments, and Speech-Language Therapy services Implement treatment plans and documented Plans of Care under SLP supervision Implement documented IEP goals and protocols in school settings Monitor and document client/student progress Prepare engaging and developmentally appropriate therapy materials Adapt and modify activities and materials to meet individual client needs Provide targeted therapy for clients of various ages, abilities, and communication needs Build positive relationships with clients and families Complete accurate daily documentation using electronic documentation platforms Maintain an organized caseload Assist with progress reporting Maintain accurate client/student records Maintain therapy materials and treatment spaces Maintain required licensure and employment documentation Communicate and collaborate with the supervising SLP, families, teachers, and other professionals Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities Continue learning and developing your clinical skills Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: A Certified Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) Licensed/authorized to practice as an SLPA in Arizona and in good standing A new graduate or experienced SLPA Eager to learn and develop professionally Comfortable asking questions and receiving feedback Team-oriented and collaborative Compassionate and patient-centered Creative and flexible Able to build strong relationships with children and families A strong verbal and written communicator Comfortable using computers and electronic documentation systems Passionate about helping clients reach their goals Start Your Career With Us Your first SLPA position can set the tone for your career.
