K-12 School District (PreK-12) School-Based SLPA Job•Tucson, AZ Soliant Health is actively seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time school-based contract opportunity in the Tucson, Arizona area. This role supports a large and diverse student population across PreK-12 schools, providing essential speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual SLPA who is passionate about pediatric speech therapy and supporting students with diverse communication needs. Position Details Full-time position for the 2026-2027 school year District-wide assignment (PreK-12 campuses) Large and diverse caseload (approx. 14,900 students district-wide) Support for students with IEPs and English Language Learners (ELL) Onsite school-based services Responsibilities Provide direct speech-language therapy services under SLP supervision Implement treatment plans designed by the supervising SLP Support students with articulation, language delays, fluency, and communication disorders Assist with data collection and progress monitoring Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and special education teams Support bilingual Spanish-speaking students as needed Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements Help facilitate IEP goal implementation
Qualifications Required:
Active SLPA license in Arizona Ability to work in a school-based K-12 setting Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to follow clinical direction from supervising
SLP Preferred:
