Required Qualifications:
Active California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license Minimum of three months SLPA experience (school-based preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Bilingual (Spanish) abilities are a plus, though not required Willingness to collaborate closely with supervisors and school staff
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language interventions to elementary students (TK-5) under SLP supervision Document progress and maintain accurate records Support implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) Foster positive relationships with students, families, and the school community
