Summary:
Well-established speech therapy private practice is seeking a dynamic Licensed SLPA to join our clinic-based team of therapists for a Part-Time and/or Full-Time Position. Our team members love working with us because of our care for their career & educational goals. We have many team members who go on to Graduate School to pursue a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Qualified SLPA candidates will have a part time or full-time schedule of patients. There are options to transition from a part-time schedule to a full time position. We currently provide anywhere from about 10% of our caseload with Telehealth speech therapy protocols (Virtual Teletherapy). We have moved most of our therapy to in-person sessions, but some patients prefer partial Telehealth speech therapy. You will receive outstanding training for both Telehealth and In-patient pediatric speech therapy by a fully-licensed speech-language pathologist with over 20 years of experience.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Under direction of an experienced SLP or the Clinical Director, provide individual pediatric speech therapy in a clinical setting, or telehealth setting Implement approved treatments for speech, language, fluency, articulation, expressive and receptive language delays, and hearing Document clientʼs progress and report progress to the supervising SLP Provide parent education regarding speech improvement strategies Utilize effective and professional communication skills Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
California State License as an SLPA, SLP-A, or in the licensing process
Or:
Bachelors (BA/BS) in Communicative Disorders pursuing licensure as an SLPA or SLP-A, sometimes called an SLPA Intern Current TB test Current CPR certification Pediatric experience is a plus Commitment to excellence in all that you do

Competitive pay, commensurate with experience Fully Licensed SLPA compensation ranges from $30.00 - $37.00 per hour as a therapy staff team member, depending on experience If you are pursuing or holding a Master's Degree in Communicative Disorders, your pay scale may be different than what is shown here. Depending upon your degree progression, licensure, and/or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status, your pay will be adjusted higher.
