Job Description

Join our dedicated team as an in-home Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, where you will play a vital role in delivering personalized speech therapy services directly to children in their home throughout Imperial Valley. This position offers a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners by providing targeted interventions that support communication development through early intervention. This role is perfect for passionate professionals eager to foster growth and confidence in children through engaging, evidence-based therapy. We are looking for both full and part time SLPs and SLPAs. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive speech therapy services in clients' homes . Assess children's communication abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations; develop tailored treatment plans based on assessment results. Implement evidence-based interventions that address specific communication challenges related to pediatrics, physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure therapy goals are integrated into daily routines and educational plans. Monitor progress regularly, adjusting therapy strategies to maximize developmental gains Educate caregivers on techniques to reinforce communication skills outside of therapy sessions. Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress notes, assessments, and compliance with licensing standards. Prior experience working with children in pediatric or early intervention settings is highly preferred. Strong understanding of pediatric development stages related to speech therapy and early intervention strategies. Excellent communication skills for collaborating effectively with families and healthcare providers. Pay:
$50.00 - $75.00 per hour
