You'll have the chance to deliver meaningful speech and language services to students of various age groups, working under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. The school setting provides a dynamic environment to enhance your skills while contributing to student success.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid and current California SLPA license or certification Prior experience in school-based or healthcare SLPA roles preferred Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Passion for student development and inclusive education Flexibility to work across assigned locations as needed
Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect speech therapy services to students as directed by supervising SLP Assist with implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) Support documentation and data collection related to student progress Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster positive communication outcomes Participate in ongoing professional development as requested
Role Details:
Full-time contract position (exact hours per week to be confirmed) Service delivery to a diverse caseload; specific schools and age groups to be determined Supervision provided by credentialed
