We specialize in early intervention and support children with a variety of communication needs, including autism, AAC users, gestalt language processors, developmental delays, and medically complex populations. Our clinicians are committed to providing neurodiversity-affirming, child-led therapy while empowering families through education and collaboration. $3,000 Sign-On Bonus - Limited Time Responsibilities Provide direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, following individualized treatment plans Implement therapy strategies targeting speech, language, social communication, play skills, and functional communication Support children using total communication approaches, including verbal language, gestures, sign language, and AAC systems Deliver services in naturalistic environments such as homes, daycares, community settings, and clinic locations Collect accurate session data and document client performance, progress, and clinical observations in a timely manner Collaborate with supervising SLPs regarding treatment planning, client progress, and clinical recommendations Provide caregiver education and home carryover strategies as directed by the supervising SLP Maintain compliance with clinic documentation standards, supervision requirements, and state regulations Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development opportunities Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an approved Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program Active California SLPA license in good standing Experience working with pediatric populations preferred, especially ages birth to 5 Experience supporting children with autism, developmental delays, AAC systems, or sensory differences preferred Strong understanding of play-based intervention and early communication development Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with supervising clinicians and team members Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between homes, schools/daycares, and clinic locations as needed
Pay:
$35.00 - $55.00 per hour
