Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in La Habra, CA Sunbelt Staffing - 3.8 La Habra, CA Job Details Full-time | Contract $27 - $55 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Qualifications SLPA License Bachelor's degree Full Job Description Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding contract role dedicated to supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). This full-time opportunity offers a consistent 40-hour work week and is available for immediate start, lasting through the end of the school year. In this position, you'll play an essential role in fostering communication development for students. As part of a collaborative school-based team, your days will be dynamic—combining direct therapy with indirect support and thorough progress tracking to drive student success.
Qualifications:
Active California SLPA license (please note: Occupational Therapist licensure is not required for this SLPA role) At least one year of professional experience, preferably in a school or healthcare setting Strong commitment to student growth and success Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Responsibilities:
