Full-time SLP compensation:

$70,000

• 95,000 annually, depending on experience and role.

Full-time SLPA compensation:

$53,000

• 64,000 annually, depending on experience and role.

Per diem clinicians can:

Pick up coverage that fits their availability Provide coverage for vacations, absences, and increased demand Work in a supportive pediatric outpatient environment Focus on patient care while our administrative team handles scheduling, billing, and other administrative responsibilities Access an easy-to-use EMR system Collaborate with experienced pediatric clinicians and administrative staff Per diem OT rate: $55

• 65 per billable hour Per diem COTA rate: $30
• 40 per billable hour Per diem SLP rate: $55
• 65 per billable hour Per diem SLPA rate: $30
• 40 per billable hour Rates are based on role and experience.

What You'll Do Depending on your discipline and role, you will: Provide high-quality, engaging, play-based therapy to children ages 0-18 Evaluate and/or treat pediatric clients within an outpatient setting Create or follow individualized treatment plans Complete accurate and timely documentation Monitor progress and help children work toward their individualized goals Educate and collaborate with families to support carryover outside of therapy Collaborate with other therapists and team members to support the best possible outcomes Participate in team meetings, mentoring, and clinical collaboration as applicable to your role Who We're Looking For We're looking for clinicians who are: Licensed or appropriately credentialed to practice in California for their discipline Experienced working with children; pediatric experience is strongly preferred/required depending on role Positive, dependable, and organized Comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player Open to learning, growing, and sharing knowledge Passionate about helping children reach their full potential Able to communicate professionally with families and team members For SLP's or SLPAs, California SLP or SLPA licensure/credentialing and pediatric experience are required. For OT's or COTAs, California OT or COTA certification/credentialing and pediatric experience are required.
