Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) SoCal Speech Therapy & Swallowing Diagnostics Inc. We are actively seeking part-time early intervention Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our road team serving the Lancaster and Palmdale areas. Working under the direction of an experienced speech language pathologist, you will provide therapy services in-person. Our clients are families with children under 3 with receptive and expressive language disorders, fluency, and articulation disorders. You will be expected to keep appropriate and daily documentation & collaborate with families on scheduling and treatment while reporting to your supervisor SLP to maximize client progress. This is a part-time position offering 10-15 appointments per week to start. Pay is $38-$45 per hour and a travel reimbursement of $0.72 per mile. Familiarity with pediatric populations, including experience in early intervention. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with children and families.
