What you'll bring to the role: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program Current and valid SLP licensure Previous experience in school settings is highly preferred Familiarity with IEPs, assessments, and progress monitoring Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Compassionate, student-centered approach Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Responsibilities include: Conducting evaluations and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for students Delivering both individual and small group therapy sessions Maintaining detailed documentation and progress reports Participating in IEP meetings and providing professional input Collaborating with educators and families to support student success Staying current on evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology This role is structured as a contract position and offers competitive hourly compensation of $60-$80, providing the flexibility and reward you seek in your next career step.
