This role is based in a supportive, pediatric-focused environment where collaboration and quality care are at the forefront. The position includes managing a caseload of approximately 30-37 pediatric clients per week. Sessions are scheduled Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. At Wings, we prioritize meaningful connections with the families we serve and value team members who are compassionate, communicative, and motivated to support each child's growth and success.

Requirements:

Active California SLPA license or soon-to-be licensed (required) Bachelor's degree (preferred) Newly graduated SLPAs who are applying for their SLPA license are encouraged to apply Spanish-speaking candidates are a plus
