Ontario, CA Job Details Full-time $30 - $34 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Spanish Teamwork SLPA License Caseload management Working with children Bachelor's degree Pediatrics Entry level Full Job Description Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) - Ontario, CA Wings Speech and Language Center, Inc. is currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our Ontario clinic team. This role is based in a supportive, pediatric-focused environment where collaboration and quality care are at the forefront. The position includes managing a caseload of approximately 30-37 pediatric clients per week. Sessions are scheduled Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. At Wings, we prioritize meaningful connections with the families we serve and value team members who are compassionate, communicative, and motivated to support each child's growth and success.
Requirements:
Active California SLPA license or soon-to-be licensed (required) Bachelor's degree (preferred) Newly graduated SLPAs who are applying for their SLPA license are encouraged to apply Spanish-speaking candidates are a plus
