9684882-94954 Job Description Embark on a rewarding assignment supporting elementary and middle school students as an SLP or SLPA. This contract opportunity near Petaluma, CA, involves providing vital leave coverage from November 2, 2026, through February 26, 2027. Youll split your expertise across two locations: 0.8 FTE at an elementary campus, fostering early language skills, and 0.2 FTE at a middle school, guiding students as they expand their communication abilities.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

Valid California SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA licensure required Experience working in school-based settings, preferably with elementary and/or middle school students Strong collaboration skills for partnering with teachers, families, and school teams Excellent documentation and report writing abilities Ability to deliver engaging, effective speech and language therapy to diverse student populations Flexibility to adapt service delivery based on school and individual student needs

Your Role Will Include:

Conducting screenings, evaluations, and ongoing progress monitoring for students Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure a continuum of care Supporting IEP development, goal setting, and meetings Maintaining thorough records in accordance with school and state guidelines Providing direct intervention individually or in small groups This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact while enjoying the consistency of a contracted assignment.
