A well-established private practice is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a collaborative, energetic team in Pleasanton, CA. New graduates and international candidates are welcome! Strong mentorship and training are provided. This position comes with a wonderful career trajectory and the option to grow into leadership.

Position Highlights:
Under supervision of an SLP, provide one-one-one therapy in clinic and homes Monitor and document client progress Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Participate in case discussions and team meetings Provide coaching to caregivers Built-in documentation time Option to work 11- or 12-month schedule
Compensation and Benefits:
$33-36/hour (guaranteed hours, clock in/out) Bonuses available on top of regular income On-target annual compensation $70,000-80,000/year Group medical insurance Vision & Dental PTO Paid sick time 401k with employer match Professional liability insurance CEU reimbursement Travel/mileage reimbursement License reimbursement Life insurance Sign-on bonus / relocation assistance available What you need: Active or pending California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) License Pediatric experience preferred, but new grads are very welcome! Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment Passion for working with children in their natural environment and eagerness to learn Confidence to coach parents and caregivers on strategies Willingness to work until 6p-6:30p a few days per week.
