Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or a related field, or an AAS degree from an SLPA program Active SLPA license/certification Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage collaboratively during high-stress or crisis situations Willingness and ability to travel between school sites as needed Previous experience in an educational environment preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and indirect speech and language services in accordance with students' IEPs Accurately document and report progress, participating in meetings when necessary Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure a supportive learning environment Maintain compliance with supervision requirements and all applicable school/district procedures Provide services exclusively onsite
