What You'll Need:
Valid SLPA license/certification for California Experience supporting school-age children (elementary, middle, and/or high school) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to collaborative, student-centered care Willingness to adapt to diverse school settings

Support speech-language pathologists in delivering therapy services Implement individualized plans under supervision Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Document progress and maintain thorough records Foster a positive, engaging environment for students
